We provide an online platform that connects students (or their parents/guardians) with qualified tutors for live, interactive tutoring sessions. We are not responsible for the specific content of the tutoring sessions, which is managed by the independent tutors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
No-shows will be charged the full session fee
Tutors may cancel sessions with appropriate notice
All content provided by tutors during sessions (including notes, lesson plans, and materials) is the intellectual property of the tutor or Edexcel College. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without prior written consent.
You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. Harassment of tutors or other users is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination.
