This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Edexcel College ("we," "our," or "us") provides refunds for tuition fees paid by Students ("you" or "your"). We are committed to fairness and customer satisfaction.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following specific conditions:

Eligible Tutor Unavailability: If a scheduled session is canceled by the tutor and a suitable alternative cannot be provided or rescheduled.
Eligible Technical Failure (Our Responsibility): If a session is interrupted due to verifiable technical fault on our platform.
Eligible Service Not as Described: If service significantly differs from what was described at purchase.
Eligible Cancellation Before Commencement: If you cancel a package before the first session.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Generally, fees are non-refundable in the following situations:

Non-Refundable Student-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
Non-Refundable Student No-Show: Failure to attend without prior notice.
Non-Refundable Technical Issues (Student's End): Problems with student's internet, hardware, or software.
Non-Refundable Completed Sessions: Fees for sessions already conducted.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must contact us at admin@edexcel.college within 7 days of the issue, providing:

  • Your full name
  • Transaction ID
  • Detailed reason for the request

All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
